Desire2Learn Partner Network Enrolment

At Desire2Learn we have implemented an enrolment process that is straightforward and easy for partners to navigate, but also thorough enough to ensure we are working with the right partners. As the Partner Network is an exclusive program intended primarily for organizations and solutions that our clients demand, we appreciate the interest from all potential partners but must recognize that enrolment at any level is not guaranteed.

Enrolment at a Glance

Network Members

Enrolment in the Partner Network at the Network Member level is a two-step process and is free for organizations seeking to develop a closer relationship with Desire2Learn.

To enrol at the Network Member level organizations are required to complete the General Business Profile and sign a basic legal agreement.

Network Member Enrolment Process

Step One:

1. Contact Partners@Desire2Learn.com to request a Partner Network Application form.
2. Complete the Partner Network Application form and return to Partners@Desire2Learn.com.
3. Once the form is received a decision will be made based on the needs of Desire2Learn and client requirements. Allow 2-3 weeks.

Step Two:

4. Upon approval, the Partner Network Legal Agreement will be sent.
5. Upon receipt of the signed Legal Agreement the Welcome Kit will be sent.

Select Partners

Enrolment in the Partner Network at the Select level is a two-step process designed to give both Desire2Learn and potential partners the opportunity to understand each others interests and objectives prior to committing to a full partnership.

In Step One of enrolment, to understand potential partners we ask that they complete the General Business Profile. The General Business Profile provides us with the information needed to develop a snapshot of your organization. This will allow Desire2Learn to evaluate and understand how potential partners envision working with us.

Once the General Business Profile has been reviewed and approved, Step Two involves signing the Partner Network legal agreement and paying the program fees.

Organizations not approved for partnership will be notified via email.

Select Partner Enrolment Process

Step One

1. Contact Partners@Desire2Learn.com to request a Partner Network Application form.
2. Complete the Partner Network Application form and return to Partners@Desire2Learn.com.
3. Once the form is received a decision will be made based on the needs of Desire2Learn and client requirements. Allow 2-3 weeks.

   Step Two

4. Upon approval, the Partner Network Legal Agreement will be sent.
5. Upon receipt of the signed Legal Agreement partners will be invoiced.
6. Upon receipt of payment, a Partner Account Manager will be assigned and the Welcome Kit will be sent.

Premier Partners

The Premier Partner level is available by invitation only. This level is reserved for organizations that are strategically aligned with Desire2Learn.

These partners will have:

• Developed a technical integration with the Desire2Learn eLearning suite
• Engaged in co-marketing initiatives, and
• Engaged in a lead-generation program with Desire2Learn

To be considered for this level, partners are required at minimum to have planned and executed on joint business plans with their Partner Account Manager. Invitations are not guaranteed.

Invitation for entry in the Premier Partner level is available at re-enrolment after a minimum of one year as a Select Partner.

Re-enrolment as a Premier Partner is not guaranteed.

Premier Partner Enrolment Process

1. Upon invitation, update your organization's General Business Profile with your Partner Account Manager.
2. Complete the Partner Planning worksheet with Partner Account Manager.

Partner Network Re-enrolment

Organizations may enrol in the Partner Network at anytime, but re-enrolment occurs for all partners annually on January 1. Partner fees will be prorated based on the enrolment date, but the initial, one-time program setup fee will be payable in full no matter the date enrolment occurs.

Partners will be sent reminders one month prior to re-enrolment.

Re-enrolment Process

A new legal agreement is not required.

Fees (Select and Premier Partners only)

Fees for the Partner Network are currently $7,500 USD for the Initial Term. This fee will cover the initial, one-time program setup of $2500 USD, first year membership in the Desire2Learn Partner Network Membership, and will entitle Partner to the benefits under the Partner Network Program. The Partner Network Program membership fee for the first annual renewal of the Partner Network Program is $5,000 USD. The Partner Network Program membership fees for subsequent annuals renewals shall be at Desire2Learn's then-current Partner Network Program fees.

The Partner Network is an exclusive program from Desire2Learn dedicated to meeting the integration and compatibility needs of clients. Desire2Learn reserves the right to refuse enrolment to any organization based on the strategic direction of Desire2Learn and its clients.
